Facility Rental: $200 refundable deposit to reserve your date.  $400 to rent the facility. 

Outdoor Stage (Under Construction): Once completed, $500 refundable deposit to reserve your date.
$900 to rent the stage and the grounds surrounding the facility.  Stage will be covered and will have electricity. 

Facility and Fairgrounds With Stage Rental: $1,400 Includes both the indoor facility and the outdoor fairgrounds with stage. $500 deposit to hold the date which will be refunded when the facility and the grounds are returned clean.
